Win a Cantina 46 Bottle Wine Cabinet Promotion

1. Promoter

The promoter is Cantina ("Promoter"), in partnership with Ciel Wines and Harry's Liquor.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 3 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 2 August 2026 ("Promotional Period").

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Directors, management, employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotional Period, entrants must:

  1. Purchase any Ciel Wines product from a participating Harry's Liquor store; and

  2. Complete the entry form in-store or via the designated QR code, providing their full name, email address, and phone number.

Each eligible purchase receives one (1) entry into the draw.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a separate eligible purchase.

Proof of purchase must be retained and produced upon request.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won:

  • One (1) Cantina 46 Bottle Wine Cabinet

Total prize value: AUD $949 RRP (including GST).

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw

The draw will take place on 5 August 2026 at 10:00am AEST at the Promoter's offices or another location nominated by the Promoter.

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by phone and email within seven (7) days of the draw.

The winner's first initial, surname, and suburb may be published on the Promoter's website and/or social media channels.

8. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize remains unclaimed after fourteen (14) days from notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 20 August 2026 at the same location.

9. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion and contacting the winner.

Entrants may also elect to receive marketing communications from Cantina, Ciel Wines, and Harry's Liquor. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe facility provided.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any consumer guarantees or rights under applicable Australian consumer law.

  • Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

  • Incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
